The Appetising Apple is a free crochet pattern designed to look like a real apple. There is a wee bit of shaping involved, but don’t be turned off by this as it is clearly explained throughout the pattern.

The Beaming Banana has been my most popular free crochet pattern to-date. The peeled look and the realistic banana curve created by stitches alone (no pipe cleaners needed!) are my favourite features of this design.

These two crocheted cherries are a super quick make and minimal yarn is required. My favourite part of this pattern is definitely the little curved leaf.

The Delicious Dragon Fruit crochet pattern was one of my favourites to design. It’s a super tricky fruit shape to mimic with crochet, but the result looks pretty realistic. The pink and green yarn was also a lot of fun to work with. I will warn you though, patience is required when making the dragon fruit’s spiky skin.

This juicy crocheted lemon is super easy and quick to make, and you can find the full free crochet pattern online. My top tip when making this crocheted lemon is to focus on the stitch combinations, as they do change throughout to get that pointy lemon tip.

This Optimal Orange free crochet pattern is a little smaller than the Appetising Apple, but also requires a little bit of additional shaping which is explained clearly throughout the pattern. It’s also an even simpler introduction to using a shaping technique in crochet, so if this is of interest, I would recommend starting here.

This Precious Pear is the latest crochet pattern to join the fruit amigurumi collection. It’s a super easy crocheted fruit to make, doesn’t use a whole lot of yarn, and is ideal for beginner amigurumi makers. However, it will help if you know how to read a crochet pattern.

Make not one, but two types of Strawberries with this free crochet pattern. This pattern includes two different sized crocheted strawberries that you can choose between, or make multiple of if you’d like to crochet a handful. These are definitely the quickest of all the fruit crochet patterns listed to make and the result looks great.

I hope you enjoy these free fruit crochet patterns! If you do decide to make any of the fruits listed, I’d absolutely love to see your makes. Simply post a photo on social using the hashtag #CillaCrochets and tag me @cillacrochets so I can share your pictures with the crochet community.
